How can i make a usb flash drive bootable and place a true image 11 backup on it?
It is a 8 gb stick. I have read a document on the internet on www.purviancecs.com/acronis.htm but this doesn't work for true image 11 i believe.
Is there a way to do this?

No i am using Windows XP pro SP2.

I can put the 32 bits image to the key, but then when i want to use mediabuilder it doesn't see the flash key. In Explorer from windowsxp it has gotten a drive letter and its name is Acronis, but Media builder doesn't see it.
I believe it is because the key is 8 gb and the image is 125 mb, so the rest is unallocated space. Must i format the rest and make a primairy partition on it, because this doesn't work either with Windows XP he doesn't see 2 partitons on a flash key...

Ok. I have tried Grubfordos. Because there where 2 partitions on the stick i have removed them and the total space of the Lexar stick 8 gb created a fat32 partition on it. Then i followed the procedure for Grub4dos.

When done starting True image 11 and started the media builder. The problem then occured: True Image doesn't see the stick... He only see's the cdwriter and floppy and another partition.

    What am i doiing wrong?

Which method were you using? If you use the ISO method (Section 3), then you don't need to use Media Builder on the flashdrive.
