    Okay I've just Google WinRE and WinPE and now know the difference.:D Will Macrium Reflect free version build a Windows Recovery Environment or Windows Preinstallation Environment bootable usb?

    I don't know the answer to the above. Both WinPE and WinRE will create the ISO which can be used to create:

    1. Bootable USB/CD/DVD
    2. Bootable Menu on Windows Startup.

    WinPE is better than WinRE as it contains the latest drivers, and I suspect that Macrium Reflect wanting to download about 370 mb will create the WinPE. These days almost all imaging programs create WinRE as it doesn't require further download.
