Bootable DVD w/ image

Hey just wanted to know the best way to make a bootable/rescue dvd, with an image as well. so basically one dvd that contains the rescue disk was well as the image. thanks

For what it's worth, I followed the instructions in the first post on that thread and was successful. Thanks to both guys for the effort they spent in detailing the process.
