I'm a registred user of TI 9.1 WS (build 3534). When I boot and choose full version I have a black screen with acronis logo in the upper left corner for a while. Then, logo disapear leaving only a white blinking cursor for 1-2 secs before rebooting the computer.

First I have to say that safe version load without a hitch but lack of network support, therefore "safe" is useless to me.

I have try "quiet acpi=off noapic" from the "PLEASE READ BEFORE YOU POST" FAQ with same result. Then I have removed the "quiet" word, linux load just fine leaving me at the shell.

I'm booting from a USB flash, I will try to mount that flash disk as RW to save sysinfo output and post the output here.

    *** EDIT ***

    Computer is Via EPIA-PD

Few days ago I had a similar situation while ATIS was cheching connected hard disks. That happened from boot cd and Windows ATIS GUI. I just checked hard disk volumes for errors with Windows Explorer | Tools | Fix Errors and problem gone.

    Good luck

Thank you eabasolo but I've try with a different HD with the same result. To make sure it is not related to error on disk, I have formated the second disk with FAT32. Still no luck.

I think it is related to VIA Samuel 2 CPU or framebuffer

    Hello digit,

Thank you for choosing Acronis Workstation Disk Backup Software.

Please boot your computer from the Acronis True Image rescue disc and press F11 key when the selection screen advising you to select either "Full", "Safe" or "Boot into Windows" option appears. After you get the "Linux Kernel Settings" prompt, please remove the "quiet" word, click on the "OK" button, choose "Full Version" and wait for # prompt to appear. Please add product and press Enter.

If that does not help, please create Acronis Report and Windows System Information as it is described in Acronis Help Post.

Please submit a request for technical support. Attach all the collected files and information to your request along with the step-by-step description of the actions taken before the problem appears and the link to this thread. We will investigate the problem and try to provide you with the solution.

    Thank you.
