I don't think you can learn to do it just by watching the mrizos video. Do a Google search for UBCD4Win. There are a number of good, detailed guides on the web.

I'd say it's fairly straightforward to create a UBCD4Win disk for technically minded users,it basically boils down to a few steps.

1.Download UBCD4Win files then install to the root of HD (eg. C:\UBCD4Win)
2.Point the program to the XP source files (either directly from cd or folder on
    HD).
    3.Update definitions for AV/AS plugins .
4.Build project and burn ISO to disk.

There's a bit more to it than that, but nothing too difficult.

Just make sure you don't create it on an infected system.
I did and kept getting reinfected, malware writing raw data to disk from the UBCD4WIN.

Is there a page with all of the plugins for the UBCD4WIN that has all the antimalware/antivirus/antispyware apps that they use?

The program list on the UBCD4Win site is somewhat outdated.Version 3.50 contains, amongst others:

    A2 Free
    Avira
    Kaspersky VRT
    VIPRE PC Rescue
    SAS
    MBAM
    Spybot S&D

There are other plugins around that you can add to the project, you have to Google a bit for them.I've added Dr Web Cureit,Sophos CLS and AVZ.
