Boot Sector (Problem?) scan question

    On every scan I always get this warning in Nod32: "Active boot sector of the 1. physical disk - error reading disk sector" My computer is a Compaq Presario with a 80 GB Hitachi Deskstar drive. 2 partitions with the D being the backup for system restore. Is this normal? One more thing, I am running Win XP SP2 home version.
