Boot disks - keyboard is not available

    Hi,

    i want to restore my system partition, so I boot with
    the boot disks, choose my image (they are password protected), I try to enter the password and realise that
    the keyboard does not work.

    Really desperate, what can I do?

    Hello Peter,

    Please contact support@acronis.com and let us know the following information:

    1) The version and the build of Acronis True Image you use.
    2) The model of your keyboard and the type of connection (USB or PS/2)

    We also recommend you to try the common keyboard (PS/2 connection).
