I use a USB 3.0 docking station. I had to restore three times in the last few days my W10TP build. Two went fine but on the last one, my docking station did show up after booting the WinPE DVD to the full launcher. I powered it off and seated it again and then it showed but no drive letter. I assigned a drive letter, hit restore VD but it didn't show up. No time to play, so I just rebooted the DVD again , it showed and I restored. Today with more time, I booted the DVD with the docking station off. It seems that it's not available in the full launcher. From the panel, restore VD, it's listed without a drive letter but you have to identify it by its size, partition, etc.
