It seems that you are using 1x8GB DDR3-1333 by Patriot (PSD38G13332H)
It needs 1.5V and the latency is CAS 9

But i'm not sure if the motherboard is even able to handle a 8GB-stick.
If you go the support page and click on "Support - Memory QVL" (or use the following link):
    Code:
    http://www.asrock.com/mb/memory/H55M-LE.pdf
you can see that the maximum for one slot is 4GB.
So, to be sure that your MB can handle it, better buy 2x4GB from Samsung, Kingston, or Hynix. More details can be found in the above mentioned pdf-file.

As mood noted, check the Memory QVL. This is the "qualified venders list" of compatible RAM ASRock has tested to ensure compatibility with that board. There are too many RAM makers and models for board makers to test them all so you don't have to buy listed RAM. But you should buy RAM with the same specs as listed RAM to ensure compatibility.

Note there are two "Support" links on that page. Use the bottom link.

I also think if you have two mem slots and MB max memory is 8 gig, You can not just use one of the slots with an 8 gig, you need to use two 4 gigs as mood mentioned.

I think [hope] you accidentally left out a critical "not". The system specs are clear that the maximum capacity for the entire system is 8GB. With 2 slots, this implies the maximum size stick for each slot is 4GB.

"You can NOT just use one of the slots with an 8 gig
    ".

that is correct Bill, I didn't add the not. Although I did try to say you need to use two 4 gigs.
    I corrected my post.
