I came across an extension that makes blocking cookies by default in Chrome much easier.

Setting to block all cookies and third party cookies (not sure if that makes a difference) and this extension with a click creates an allow exception within Chrome. It doesn't set a wildcard so for some domains such as Google you have to manually create a wildcard - Google goes nuts when setting an allow exception using this extension.

This will also work in reverse if you have cookies allowed by default however the cookie is still set.

    Just thought I'd share this.
