    Hi,

My dad has used Prevx 3.x on his home machine in tandem with another product for a while without any issues. Recently, the license to the second product expired, and he acquired a license for BitDefender IS 2011. I installed and configured it for him, and it appeared like everything was alright until he began to notice that Prevx seems to constantly be authenticating BD's core and UI files. Is there any way to stop Prevx from incessantly scanning BD's directory?

    thanks!

Can you get a Prevx scan log and send it to Prevx as stated in this Post? https://www.wilderssecurity.com/showpost.php?p=1662381&postcount=1

sure, it'll take a bit (that's why i didn't include it initially) - i won't be seeing him til next mon/tue. it's a fresh install of prevx though, since in the past, that's corrected quirkiness.

Scan log is the best way! Maybe PrevxHelp will have other suggestions?
