    Wow. And I remember those days - makes me feel even older. The first Intel based computer I used and supported was the Zenith Z-100 that used the Intel 8086's near identical cousin, the 8088. It is amazing to think that x86 compatibility is still maintained, even with today's latest 64-bit architectures.

    For me, it was a 386. I used Apple at first. But when it came to buy one, they cost too much :(
