    While I applaud the aims of the Bill, I'm saddened that these days it seems the only way to deal with a problem is by financial penalty or a custodial sentence.

    Don't we pay politicians to come up with solutions to difficult problems instead of just punishments?

    And just how does this Bill address a global issue over which it has little jurisdisction? o_O

    It will have to be by global cooperation. No other way for it to work.

    I agree. Some of the most virulent sleazeware comes from outside your country!
