I find that big file (say 300M bytes) download is corrupted
when the "Enable HTTP checking" checkbox under HTTP filter is ticked.
If I untick it, the file can be correctly downloaded.
Tried to tick it again and re-download the same file, corrupt again.

Also tested with different big files from different web sites. Same problem.

I'm using ESET NOD32 Antivirus 3.0.669.0 in Windows XP.

Does it happen only with big files?

I had that problem too, but with any file, big or small, the way i dealed with it, was to enter setup>web access protection>setup>cleaning and set the option to no cleaning, this way u'll get a warning at the end of the download, and u can click the "No Action" button if u want the file no matter if it has a virus.

still no support replies for this message
seems that the support of NOD32 is awfully bad
or, this forum is useless, no NOD32 support views this
regret to use this product :thumbd:

I answered to your post, you never replied until now, how were we gonna know that you still had a problem? Anyone here can offer u help, not only Eset staff, so if my help means nothing to you, sorry for trying to help you.
You could give more details about the way the files are corrupted, a link to one of those files; to see if the same problem happens to other persons.

    Hello,

You might want to try installing the beta test version of ESET NOD32 Antivirus v4 and see if that works any better for you with large file downloads.

    Regards,
