Big bug! (problem downloading)

I have used Eset Smart Security v4.0.474.0 for more than 1 month on Win7 X64 platform and I realized that this program has a big annoying bug. Let me explain:

And when I try to download a link like the above, my download manager downloads it as htm file. In fact its a winrar file however its extension is htm. When I change its extension as "rar", I can use that file.

But when the download process of that file finishes with htm extension, ESET starts to use toomuch RAM and my computer really slowes down, sometimes my pc freezes.

I think, ESET accepts that file as htm file and tries to find out if it as dangerous things in it.
