Beta 4.0.0 Build 151 now available

Beta 4.0.0 Build 151 now available from the beta site and online update

 

Installed fine here via autoupdate

 

I have a crash after updating to 151
And I was unable to start ewido anymore

 

Thats weird I wonder if anyone else has experienced this yet

Two rebuilds in one week? I do hope it's not going to be that often, until the final version is released!
As with 150, I had to manually update to 151; took two attempts.

 

For KAV and KIS 6.0 beta, they have new builds almost every day or two.

 

Okay Chubb, thanks for the tip-off, heh. If I get just one problem with the possibly many builds to come, I think I might revert to the 3.5 version til 4.0 is finalised.

 

I have found a bug :

When the resident shield popup appears, it offers you to ignore and to add to the ignore list. I have selected that option for a leaktest I wanted to launch (demo tool, not a virus/trojan). However, after trying to run it again, Ewido displayed the same popup again, it did not remember the exclusion.

and will there be an update log ever? for like what the new builds do... unless its just for like grammer or something. I'd like to know what's changing and what's not.

You will probably have to wait from a reply from vinz.ewido if he can post the changelog here in the beta forum. Or you can check at the beta zone

P.S: I would also like to see changelog if there will be one

 

Heres a feature:

When doing a scan and when you hover of the ewido icon in the system tray can it say: "Scan in Progress" or something like that

 

This is weird(the steps I did):

• First I "reset counter" for detected malware sofar
• Then I did a "Fast System Scan"
• After it completed I found a # next to "detected malware sofar" when there was nothing detected.

This same thing happens when I do a "Complete System Scan"

 

I would like to know when am I going to recieve the new build version 151 by automatic updates, still got this build version 150
Hopefully it will be soon and thanks for any help.
