Best way to manage MP3s on Android?

    I have been using cdex to rip music CDs tp MP3s on my PC and use MediaMonkey to transfer them to my ipod. What is the best way to manage them on my android phone?

    Do I keep them separated by album folder or should I lump them all together? Also, what is a good jukebox or player if I need one?
