Best/recommended firewall?

Hello. I'm currently running Zonealarm Pro and it seems to be doing preety well, but I'm a bit security paranoid so I was wondering, what's the best firewall out there and why/how?

 

well what are u looking for in a firewall?

if u want low resource usage and application filtering, consider looknstop or kerio v2.x. if u dont care about outbound connections, then a packet filter such as CHX or ghostwall might suit u better.

if u know a bit about firewalls and want to pass leaktests then jetico would be ur best bet.

if ur rele paranoid, then use any rules-based firewall and restrict ur apps to whichever port and address are necessary. if u look at ur firewall's logs, u should be able to find this information.
