    Just a continuation of this thread to see if opinions have changed. I really like the openness of android which allows you to change anything you might not like.

    I voted symbian, but I use my phone just to make calls and some light reminders. If I would need the phone for browsing, excel/word functions etc, I would have voted something else, windows mobile

    My vote goes to Iphone's OS as I am currently using it:)

    Waiting for the new samsung WAVE to be released in India it has BADA OS:cool:

    My vote goes for Symbian as it's open source, pretty, and not made by Google(privacy issues) or Apple(bloatware issues).

    I think most members in this forum are "experienced" users and will prefer Android or Symbian. It also explains the popularity of Symbian in Europe and Asia.
    Iphone OS will remain popular with the *general public* wanting "smartphone" for some time to come.
    Android is spreading very fast so symbian is in trouble. Nokia needs to step up the game with Meego very quickly otherwise it will never rise again.
