Best "NON-security" related advice?

    I'm hoping that someone can point me in the direction of a forum or forums that deal with various software and PC related issues that are NOT security related. What forums for "general software/PC" questions would be a good one to check out and get some answers to various questions?

    Of course there are lots of general software forums.
    The DSLR forum is really a nice one.
    And don't forget this forum-section in which we're posting now !!!!! ;)
