    Before I buy. Paragon Disk Backup v 8 5

    Before I buy Paragon Disk Backup 8.5 I wish to know the following;
    1. Is archive verification part of the backup process as opposed to run separately?
    2. Can individual files be restored?
    3. When making a differential backup must I make a full backup first? Please explain?
    4. What happens when archive drive is full.
    5. What is the relationship size between a full and differential backup?

    Hi bill,
    i will answer your questions later on tonight.
    1. verfication can be part of the backup process if you tick the correct box in options. but its also avalible as an option seprately.
    2.indivital files can be restored. btw i reccomend using microsoft volume shadow copy for hot processing rather than the paragon hot processing option. (will explain later)
    3.yes you have to make a full image first.
    4.when an archive drive is full and you try to create a backup the wizard will tell you the drive doesnt have enough space and doesnt let you continue.

    Thanks Iodor,
    Is a good plan to schedule a full backup on Monays and differentials on the other six days a good one?
    Will the differential make use of the latest full backup?
