I found an old reply where someone complained about how their ESET didn't learn. The final suggestion if you had sent 200(!) times that something was spam it should learn &, if not, to contact Technical Support. I've faithfully labelled anything not in "normal" script spam & it has never learned. I sent a Tech. Support email & never received a reply on this. I'm not sure how long ago I sent it, but I know it was easily over a week ago. Suggestions?
