BAT/sdel trojan??

    "C:\N.BAT . . . Bat/sdel trojan has been found!!!" is displayed in dos during start-up. Running windows 98, have and ran Adaware, spybot s&d & CWshredder. Many times computer freezes and needs to manually be shut down. If you need a log please post, otherwise please help me understand BAT/Sdel trojan.
