BartPE plugin for TI 12 installation fails

Hello, what could be the reason for the installation "Media Add-Ons for Acronis True Image Home 2009" to fail? The installer thinks TI is not installed: "To install Media Add-ons for Acronis True Image Home 2009, one of the following (English version) must be previously installed: Acronis True Image Home (12.0.9709)"


Does TI work without being installed? Because I can use it.

 

And do you have Ti2009/build9709?

If you have build 9646 the error message seems correct.

(to show the build number in Ti2009: press ALT-key and the menu appears)

water, to resolve the issue please launch the installation file of the main program, select the "Repair" option, wait for the process to be completed, reboot your machine and see if the issue persists.

Unfortunately I was not able to resolve this issue but to my Acronis Support was so nice and sent me the BartPE plugin. Thank you for answering.





My thread which I thought could be useful to some, was moved to a restricted forum real quick without notifying me which made me wonder what the exact cause was. Will the thread ever see the light of day again?

Hello, you seem to have misunderstood my original post and the second post from me. The message quoted there should indicate that I indeed already downloaded the plugin from said source.

I assume the thread will stay in its black hole as well. Thank you anyway.
