Last Sunday I got infected by the bagle.ns virus. Nod32 v3.0 failed to recognized it. Inmediately the virus did take control of my PC disabling all my security programs including NOD32 of course. All solutions were disabled including the online antivirus services. I had to format my hard disk.
My question is: why NOD32 didn´t protect today against the bagle.nso_O:oops:
There´s anybody outthere that can answer this questiono_O:rolleyes:
    Thanks in advance guys

Did you have Potentially unwanted applications (PUA) enabled? Most of Bagle variants should be detected as Themida.application which is the protector Bagle exploits. Signature detection is added reasonably quickly, but if you get a new variant the program will only protect you with PUA enabled. Also you can give EAV v4 beta a try, more information can be found here.
