I am using the trial of 9.1 Enterprise (371:cool:.

I have added "administrator profiles" on the backup server. I have also added the machines which I want to image to the server and setup the quotas etc for their own imaging location.

When I try and create an image I cannot expand the backup server. The server shows up in the tree, it just won't expand and therefore I cannot continue with the image creation process.

    Thanks

    Hello daesimps,

Thank you for choosing Acronis Remote Server Backup Software.

Please accept our apologies for the delay with the response.

Please note that you should see "Personal Backup Location" string under the server when choosing the location. If you don't see it please add local Administrator user under Users Profiles in Backup Server Management and grant this new user with admin rights (in the Backup Server).

If the issue persists, please create the screenshots of the following options: "Set up Administrator Profiles", "Set up User Profiles", "Configure Backup Locations", "Manage Backup Archives", "Specify Default Settings". Then submit a request for technical support. Attach all the collected files and information to your request along with the step-by-step description of the actions taken before the problem appears and the link to this thread. We will investigate the problem and try to provide you with a solution.

    Thank you.

Thanks for the response, but I resolved this issue myself. When adding the storage locations for the servers required the dialogue box had not used the FQDN, but the imaging process was using the FQDN. It Acronis therefore saw these as 2 distinct computers.

By not using the browse button, but instead manually entering the server name, when defining the storage location and administrator profile the issue was resolved.

    Thanks
