    Hi,
    First at all, forgive my english.

    I using "Acronis True Image Enterprise Agent" in a server. For a couple of weeks, the schedule task work fine. But yestreday, the task start and giveme the error "Backup internal error: 458.783."

    My destionation backup is a Acronis Backup Server with a usb hard disk (iomega) of 500gb.
    Others servers are working fine with the same configuration.
    I create a task with the destination backup the same disk as source, and work fine.
    I create a task with a share folder in another machine as destination backup an work fine.

    After i delete the task and recreate, the error change to
    "User name or password for the remote resource bsp://(.....)||\| is incorrect. Please check user name and password and type it again."

    The thing is that the username and password is correct, because i still use it in another agent.

    Thanks
    German

    Hello German,

    Thank you for using Acronis Corporate Products

    To resolve the issue please do the following:

    - download the file ;
    - run the utility and issue the below commands:

    task zap
    service stop
    service uninstall

    - download and unpack the file
    - unpack and copy the files to the
    C:\Program Files\Common Files\Acronis\Schedule2 folder (replace the files that are already there)

    - start schedmgr.exe utility again and issue the commands:

    service install
    service start

    - close the command prompt and see whether or not the problem persists

    After that please recreate all the tasks.

    Thank you.

    I have another question :

    There is no problem, if the version of the file are differento_O
    Because the file that i have are :

    schedhlp.exe -> 1.0.0.267
    schedul2.exe -> 1.0.0.267

    And the one i download from this post are :

    schedhlp.exe -> 1.0.0.257
    schedul2.exe -> 1.0.0.262

    Thanks

    Hello German,

    Thank you for using Acronis Corporate Products

    If the system doesn't bother you, you can leave everything as is. In the case of the same malfunction you can update your scheduler using another file. I will send it to you via PM.

    Thank you.
