Backup for files that will span disks?

Looking for a program that will do following -

- allow me to choose a set of folders as a set
- backup to external hard drives, and span across multiple drives if needed
- remember which drive contains which backup so once its connected again the backup is done automatically

 

This ability is included in all backup programs

NTI Backup Now 5.5 can span the backup across multiple drives cd, dvd and hard disks.

NTI Backup Now EZ 2010, NTI Shadow 4, Oops Backup and Genie Timeline recognize when the drive used to backup is inserted.

One of the best file backup I ever used that spans perfectly files on CD/DVD/BluRay media (zipped or not) is Backup Platinum. Quite expensive and rarely updated, but a real gem. It's from Softlogica. Funnily enough, its GUI is very close to Novosoft's HandyBackup, but BP gets it right in every departement.
