Backup and Recovery 2011 Free Integrity

I've been using this software for a couple of weeks and have a question about integrity checking.

It was my impression from browsing this forum that the actual backup process did not check integrity (hence the instructions posted here to modify the script to include the "integrity" command). When I finally actually reviewed the "Backup summary" produced by the Backup Wizard I see that it includes under "Archive settings":

Check Archive Integrity: Archive integrity will be checked

Does this mean that it is not necessary to modify the script or manually run "Check Archive Integrity"?
