I have a MP4 player, with 4 GB Hard drive and FAT32 file system,
that, of course, have the hidden partition where is the firmware situated.
(It's 4Gb, but because of the file system and firmware the actual capacity is smaller - near 3.9 Gb)
Can I backup the firmware? Is that dangerous for my player?
Will be able to restore it if my firmware become corrupted?
(It's no-branded player, Rockchip RK2608 CPU based, and I can't download the backup from the Internet)
How to do it using Acronis True Image?

    Please, reply me to E-mail: QJZQQJZQ3 [@] yahoo.com

    Hello Finder,

Thank you for interest in Acronis Disk Backup Software.

Please accept our apologies for the delay with the response.

Our software can backup drives which are detected in Windows. Thus, check if your MP4 player is detected as harddrive and its hidden partition is displayed in Disk Management (Start->Run->diskmgmt.msc). If yes - you can backup this drive.

You can download the trial version of Acronis True Image Home 2009 here in order to see how it works on your computer.

Detailed information about Acronis True Image Home product can be found in User's Guide.

    Thank you.
