I checked my e-mail earlier today and this Backdoor.SDBot.Gen virus showed up. My Internet security found it but cannot remove it. I have the TDS products. Can anyone tell me how to get rid of it o_O

Just delete the email - your AV probably doesn't support deleting or modification of infected email. Which AV ?

Unless you actually opened the infected file attachment then you dont have to worry :)

I have norton IS. A alert came up stating blocked file
    C:/windows/system32/webprinter.exe and C:/windows/system32/restore/rstui.exe
My TDS Wormguard quarantined the problem - I hope this is enough.

As WormGuard or TDS exec protection blocked the file from running indeed there would not be much to worry about and then follow Gavin's advice to delete the email.
If you did click and run the file anyway then it serves to look deeper!
