AVS won't activate.help ?

Hi,

I installed AVS on one of my machines.I received the key but I can't activate it as the "next" button is grayed out.

I did copy&paste as they suggested but it's still grayed out.


any clue ?

delete and reinstall the av. and then try your activation number.

No go.I uninstalled the AV, rebooted.Installed..entered the activation code.NO joy.

"next" is still grayed out.

I ran a search on their forum.Some other user had this problem as well but they did not fix it yet :-(

 

I solved a similar problem on my PC

AVS won't activate ("can't activate it as the "next" button is grayed ") because my Windows XP installation were missing of "username" and "organization" infromation.

After typing something in the registry via regedit (RegisteredOwner and RegisteredOrganization keys), it works fine.
