Avoid backing up a specific directory???

How can I avoid backing up the DfsrPrivate directory (and its subdirectories) in a file level backup job? How do you specify a directory(ies) that you want to avoid backing up?

Also, how would I include that in a script

In the script, you'll notice a line that points to a text file, for example:
// Back up files
img = "scr_120310173809076_fb1.txt"
options

Open that txt file located in the scripts folder and modify the exclude mask, for example:

FB_PROPERTY_EXCLUDE_MASK=M:/Exclude/*.*
