Look at that . Rogue??
This a a rogue clone of the Avira Website. Here is the research report from Sunbelt: http://sunbeltblog.blogspot.com/2010/02/rogue-trying-to-look-like-avira-anti.html
Rogue for sure.
Yeah many rogues are trying to impersonate with some of well known AV products here is another one
umbrella looks different
that was my first thought too...thwn I looked again and now I'm not sure they are different. which umbrella you talking about? I think there are three.
The GUI is almost similar I guess
i love how Norton's very own site ranking system marks the "Nortel" site as green
A screenshot of that would be priceless.
So they are targetting big brands
Its so interesting on how they don't even mention the name of the antivirus anywhere on that screen shot.
IMO I think it,s now time for Avira to get rid of this type of nag. The nag of Avira might look like a rouge too.
its interface is outdated
Their v10(BETA) interface is somewhat polished one but still remembers me of the previous UI
When I checked the link it only showed the info page there was no activity occurring when I clicked on try now button so I think it is safe for the users but still I too wished that it was flagged as an exploit
Antivir 2010 only similarity is the name?
AVG rip off
Dr Web should hire one of these guys to make themselves a good GUI i guess
It's still the same just reskinned
You got my words too
One day they will hire someone to make their GUI as good as rogues.
Separate names with a comma.
