avira & ultimate defrag

    is there some issues between avira and ultimate degrag?

    should i stop avira?
    stop the service?
    before degrag my hard disk?

    just use the windows defrag, it does the job just as good as perfectdisk, auslogics, etc etc

    i actually read an article that said the windows defrag actually did the best in helping your harddrive
