Avira Firewall

Anyone like to share their thoughts on the firewall in Avira Premium Security Suite? I've been using Zonealarm firewall for the last few years, but am thinking of making changes...

 

Im no expert by anymeans, but since day 1 or 2 after installing the Avira Suite on my Vista (march) there were just a few program popups of programs I have installed already. Since then quiet as a mouse. It has a auto allow for known venders. (most)

 

When I tried it for a while, it seemed reasonably decent. I don't recall any real issues but one, it lost my rules once on a reboot, however, that has probably been fixed by now, this was about 9 months ago or so. I think the strong point of the suite is obviously the AV, however, the firewall did seem adequate unless you have special needs. I would give it a try and see if it suits you...
