Avast! virtulisation and flash player

Ok, I hope someone can shed some light on how to get Adobe flash Player to work, let alone install whilst virtulisation is active with IE., as soon as i disable virtulisation flash player installs and works fine, the second i enable, I'm notified i need to upgrade to the latest flash version. Also some sites I attend regularly wont load untill I disable virtulisation (i.e) Online banking that require flash, and other login sites I use.

 

iwhen i got this error i right clicked the browser and always run outside sandbox... cleared cache of the browser..deleted contents of avast sandbox...then again run sandboxed ..
