Hi, I have the latest version of Avast (2015.10.2.2215) - I try to exclude one exe file in a program folder, and I get an Avast pop-up warning (from the file system shield) and the exe file has been deleted from the folder. I have excluded the exe file and the folder in general setting exclusions and active protection exclusions under file system shield; nothing works. Any help appreciated. Thanks.
I can't help you but one of the reasons I dropped Avastpro with 9 months of license left was because of the problem you describe. I just got fed up with "fighting it" to make any exclusions stick. I see no one has answered so far...If you have found an answer elsewhere (I can't) please post it here.
