I just switched from the obsolete sygate personal firewall to another firewall called Comodo Personal Firewall. And I just installed the latest windows updates.

At the same time, my avast antivirus program has started behaving strangely.
I checked my event log and it says:
    event id: 7023
The avast antivirus web scanner service terminated with the following error:
The requested address is not valid in its context.

And windows updates seems to be trying to download a update non-stop, I go to the site and it gives me the error ...... I already allowed everything from WU what is going ono_O

Some 1 give me some help.

Have you tried Avast Forum to see if someone knows more about that error or if someone experienced it already?

Seems there were problems reported with Comodo firewall before. :doubt:
Just took a look here, so maybe you should address the problem at Avast forum and perhaps at Comodo forum too.

It's maybe not a coincidence having a conflict between the web scanner and Comodo.
