Can somebody explain the difference between the Real-World Protection and Malware Protection test?

 

This page summarises what each test is about.

I found a blog entry introducing the Malware Protection Test, which is an evolved version of their original File Detection Test. That might help in explaining what that test is about but I couldn't find anything similar to explain the Real-World Protection Tests.

Thanks, it's now clear to me. And there is really no excuse for any of these tools to let the system get comprised. Because it doesn't matter which way malware is delivered.
