    I use True Image Enterprise Server 9.1 (bulid 3.832) on a Windows 2003 R2

    Everytime the Backup starts this Error Message occours:
    E00040003: Data write Error

    If you say retry following Error occours:
    W0064006D: The Tape isn't emty. The Tape muss be erased before you can create a full Backup.

    I have allready set the Option "Overwrite Tape without Userconfirmation"

    Hello Daniel Hack,

    Thank you for choosing Acronis Remote Server Backup Software.

    We are sorry for the delayed response.

    Please download the latest build (3854) of Acronis True Image 9.1 Enterprise Server. To get access to updates you should first register your software.

    If that does not solve the problem, please collect some information to let us investigate it thoroughly:

    Collect the logs of failed operations:
    - run the program;
    - select "Show log" on the toolbar or from the Tools menu;
    - select the log with error messages;
    - click "Save the log entry to file" (the diskette icon).

    Please also collect the exact vendor and device names of the tape drive.

    Then submit a request for technical support. Attach the created screenshot to your request along with the step-by-step description of the actions taken before the problem appears and the link to this thread. We will investigate the problem and try to provide you with a solution.

    Thank you.
