Attn Gamers: Playstation 2 Recall

If you have a Slim Playstation 2 in your house listen up.

Sony Computer Entertainment America has issued a worldwide recall of 3.6 million AC adapters for the slim game console..

The accessories were sold with the PS2 slim systems between October 2004 and August 2005.

Sony says it has received 38 reports of adapters overheating, 19 of which melted. There have also been reports of minor burns and minor shock.

Sony will replace the adapters for free.. Go to www.us.playstation.com or call 888-780-7690.
