    Hi Guys,

No idea what has happened yet - the backup server is offline and not responding to remote power control commands.

It's been escalated already to the data center for resolution.

    Apologies for any inconvenience.

I`d say. I`m getting aggravated because I usually pop in there 3 or 4 times a day. :)

That is probably an understatement. I tried E-Mailing Mike twice and both Emails died after being undeliverable for over 3 hours.

    Hi Everyone,

Sorry for the problems here. Basically this is what has happened - as you know, our main server fell over with a hardware error (hence the original thread) and we had to resort to our backup server.

The backup server is nowhere near as powerful as the main server. Yesterday, the backup server got a little wobbly, and the main server was not ready to replace it - it fell over. When it came back up, everyone hit it at once - and knocked it offline. Our normal server copes with that - the backup machine was not able to.

The main server has now been rebuilt, and we should get it back online today. In the meanwhile, I have asked the data center to upgrade the backup box to give it a bit more grunt to get us through the next couple of hours.

I'm sorry, once again for this inconvenience :(

Sorry to hear that my initial suspicions about the down server were correct, Mike - hope everything will be back up and running in tip-top shape once again!

I'll be transitioning back to the primary server some time in the next 24h

I don't what's wrong then because I still get a white screen when I try to reach the Forums. And I can't install OA anymore too because it complains about being unable to connect... I just wanted to give it a new shot :(

    Hi Everyone,

Just an update - we're under heavy load again and so we've been forced to bring forward the plans to go back to our primary server.

Hopefully, we will be able to get this resolved during the next few hours.

    Sorry for any inconvenience :(

And I still can't get a connection to the server to check my license... so no starting up of the program.

Edit: I now downloaded the trial version and without any problems it installed and accepted the license...weird :)

    Hi Edwin

Sorry you had some problems - we upgraded the ram in the backup machine yesterday which could have explained your outage - just to keep it ticking over while we get the primary machine rebuilt.

All should be working correctly now

Thanks, man. Tall Emu is still very well on top of things. So much is clear. It's a thing more companies should do :)

OA is doing fine on the new PC . I now use Look n Stop, Ewido, NOD32 and OA for the security of the sytsem plus a hardware router. I guess I'm pretty much covered this way :D

    Hi Chubb,

That's correct - we have restored the original RRP of Online Armor.

    Cheers

    Hi Mike,

You may also need to revise the price in the FAQ section,

    which still says:
