Hi all, i'm new to the forum and to the Acronis ATI home 2009 software I purchased. I keep getting this error when I attempt to back up my system:

"Failed to read data from the disk", followed by

"Failed to read from the sector -2,112,859,743 of the hard disk 1".

I am running Vista 32-bit and RAID 1+0 with four drives. I bought my copy since I was able to back up my sytem successfully within the trial period.
Now i'm getting this error. Help! :'(

    Thanks for the help.

    Hello thebobaguy,

Thank you for using Acronis True Image

I have sent a file to your via PM, please install it, reboot the computer and see if the issue remains. Also, if you use USB hubs or adapters, please try to connect the hard drives directly.

    Thank you.

I'm also experiencing the same failed to read data from the disk error message, with a different sector on the same drive number showing up.
