    Hi Guys
Keep getting this message during backups, need to know how I find out what or where is the "file not found" location so I can rectify.

    Hello ravna,

Thank you for using Acronis True Image Home 2009

First of all please make sure that you are using the latest build of the program. Check it in Help -> About. You can always download the latest build of the program from your account under Registered Products.

Can you please clarify the storage place for the backup archive? Also please provide us the log file with the error message and the following diagnostic information:

Please download Acronis Report utility available at http://download.acronis.com/support/AcronisReport.exe and run it, create a report and attach to your next reply. This would provide us with detailed information on the hard disk partition structure.

    Best regards,

    Hi Dmitry
It intrigues me about "Help About" looking for the Version number, it comes up in all the posts but in my version if you go to 'Help About' all you get is https://www.wilderssecurity.com/attachment.php?attachmentid=210450&stc=1&d=1247527912.
Am using Version 9770 but am led to believe from other posts there is another updated version available but it does not come up in my account window.
Will send a log file as soon as able.
Backup files are stored on second (of three) drives.
    Regards
    John M

You have to press Alt and then the standard menu bar will appear. From there, you can select the Help >> About menu entry.

    Thanks Mudcrab
I'm obviously dumber than I thought, why would they hide an insignificant item like that? Shows me running Ver 9709 and yet I downloaded and installed Ver 9770 (I thought) will have to investigate, many thanks for your help.
