ATI 9 - Serial number needed.

    I downloaded the new version of TI 9.0 (free upgrade, within the 30 day limit)
    but i dont see any Serial number.... The serial # for version 8 wont work.

    Where can i get the serial number for version 9.0

    Irina,
    I dont see any PM label anywhere on my forum page (altho, the FAQ says
    it needs to be enabled).
    How do i do this?

    Mean time i'll keep looking.

    I found the PM process. But when i tried to send you a PM, it said the member
    could not be found. I used your name as the person to receive the PM.

    Whats the name of the receiver that i need to use??

    Try Acronis Support as recicipient, without specifying an individual. You can address Irina in the body of the message.
