    Friends!
    I try to install ATI server 9.1 (build 3290) on the Windows 2003 EE+SP2
    The installations started, but not finished.
    I reseve error:" The installation was interupted before ATI Server could be instaled. You need to restart the installer to try again."
    In the Application log present error eventid=11708
    "Product Acronis True Image Sever - Installation failed.
    I tried some time and every time received errors.
    Have any body the ideas?

    Have you checked the contents of your user temporary folder?

    Check the path that is at the bottom of my signature.

    Delete everything that Windows will allow you to delete. All should then be well.

    Hello Igor533,

    Thank you for choosing Acronis Server Disk Backup Software.

    We are sorry for delayed response.

    If clearing temp folders alone doesn't solve the problem, please also do the following:

    Download the Windows Installer Cleanup Utility package, install it and run it. Select Acronis True Image you are trying to install and click Remove. Then try installing again.

    If you have any further questions concerning Acronis software, please feel free to submit a request for technical support or post any of them on this forum. We will certainly try to help you in resolving any issues.

    Thank you.

    I cleaned temp folders
    c:\document and settings\user_account\local Settings\temp
    More then, I installed the
    Windows Installer Cleanup Utility package
    and used it, but, so far, I can't install ATS9.1 (build 3920) to one from my servers.

    Hello Igor533,

    Could you please collect some information to let us investigate the problem thoroughly?

    Please collect the installation log file:

    - Launch the product installation file;
    - Right-click on the "Install Acronis True Image" button and select "Extract";
    - Select the path for extracting the component and click "Save";
    - Go to the Run prompt (Start -> Run) and issue the following command:

    msiexec /i msi-name /l*v log-name

    Where msi-name is the name of the file you extracted in steps 2-3 and log-name is the path and the name to the log file you want to save the output to;

    - Reproduce the problem and collect the log file created during the installation.

    Please also create Windows System Information as it is described in Acronis Help Post.

    Then submit a request for technical support. Attach all the collected files and information to your request along with the step-by-step description of the actions taken before the problem appears and the link to this thread. We will investigate the problem and try to provide you with a solution.

    Thank you.
