ATI 11 Rescue Disc cannot find HD

Rescue disks created using either CD or USB memory stick in ATI 11 cannot find any hard disk drives.

E000101F4: Acronis True Image Home has not found any hard disk drives.

Windows Vista
2x 320GB HD, RAID 1

I made it yesterday. No comment sice today.

 

I'm going to take a wild stab here and guess that Support is totally backed up with requests since 11 was released.

No actually it is the end of the summer vaction season so support staff have had to give up their temp jobs and have gone back to school.

 

Ouch! Double Ouch! ... low blow.
