    Howdy,

    This is not an earth-shaking problem but more of a request for additional information.

    I just installed ATI 10 tonight and the installation seemed to go very well.

    However, when trying to set up my 'email notifications' under the 'Options/Notification' window I continually keep getting the message that my "test email' can not be sent ... probably because of my email settings".

    I have checked and double-checked them and compared them with my settings when I set up my Outlook Express account and they are identical.

    After searching this forum on the same subject I see that others are being told it could be there email servers aren't supported by Acronis yet.

    Can you tell me if 'Comcast' is on the supported or unsupported list?

    Thanks and regards,

    2harts4ever

    Try putting your email address between brackets like this:

    <myemail@comcast.net>

    A few people on here have reported this to be a problem.

    It's curious. My email notifications work fine without the brackets. I'm not sure if anyone has figured out why this is so.

    Hi k0lo,

    Good question. I am curious myself. Maybe someone will come along that knows the answer.

    I am just thankful you found the fix to get me up and going.

    Thanks and regards,
