I have a question about AT&T's bundles. I was offered $49.99 a bundle that includes 24MBps U-Verse, DIRECTV, (with no current package changes, as i have DirectTV already.) plus $100 gift card. No activation or Installation fee. Are they trying to brainwash people?.
Read the fine print. Does that include taxes, tags, dealer prep? My "Monthly Charge" for phone, internet only (no TV) is $110.99, however total "New Charges" is $160.89 (+45%). (Note: I pay horribly inflated charges as it is a business account.)
Well. I have called them to see if they can lower my bill. The rep. has told me: "We don't give discounts." The only way we can do it if you signup for a promo bundle package." And i am sorry to hear about your experience with AT&T.
